A CLEANING whizz has shared the quick and simple ways she gets her bathroom sink looking sparking clean.
Posting on her TikTok account (@neat.caroline) Caroline Soloman explained how you should be doing it. Drop In Kitchen Sink
You don't need any pricey products to get the best results, according to the cleaning whizz, just some good old fashioned baking soda and dish soap.
Start by sprinkling the baking soda over the sink, including around the faucets.
"This is going to lift away dirt and grim," Caroline said.
Baking soda will also help get rid of grim smells by absorbing them.
The you can add a small drop of dish soap to a sponge and start scrubbing, using a tiny bit of water to help things move along.
The rough side of a sponge will work best for this, she added.
"This works on porcelain and other kinds of sinks," Caroline explained.
Once it's had a good scrub soak the sponge in water and give the area a rinse.
Any hard water marks stains and other marks from toothpaste and soap should've lifted - if not repeat the process one more before the final step.
If you're satisfied with the result you can go ahead and buff the sink dry with a tea towel or cloth.
This will dry the area but also give your sink an extra sparkly shine you want.
Fellow cleaning fans loved the simple cleaning method as well and couldn't wait to try it out for themselves.
